Service Introduction: Cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) are a type of membrane surface glycoproteins. They mediate cell-cell and cell-cell extracellular matrix contact and binding through ligand-receptor specific binding. Regulate cell function and play an important biological role in many physiological and pathological processes such as embryonic development and differentiation, maintenance of normal tissue structure, inflammatory response, immune response, coagulation and thrombosis, wound repair, tumor infiltration and metastasis. Cell adhesion experiments are generally divided into two categories, namely cell-to-cell adhesion and cell-to-matrix adhesion. Many cells in the body, such as epithelial cells, are fixed and function somewhere; other cells, such as white blood cells, need to constantly adjust cell adhesion for active movement. Common methods for detecting cell adhesion are: mechanical method to measure cell adhesion, radionuclide method to measure cell adhesion, cell separation experiment and tumor cell aggregate formation experiment.
