Service Introduction: The cell scratch test is a simple and cost-effective in vitro test method for studying cell migration/tumor invasion. The principle is that when the cells grow to be fused into a single layer, a blank area is artificially created on the fused single layer of cells, which is called a "scratch". The cells on the edge of the scratch will gradually enter the blank area to make the "scratch" heal. By observing the state of the cells in the scratch area at different periods, the migration ability of the cells is judged. This method simulates the migration process of cells during the healing process in vivo. The basic steps include creating a "wound" in the cell monolayer, periodically capturing images during cell migration, and comparing the images to determine the rate of cell migration.
