1. Categories: Proteins including protein, antibody, antigen, or all kinds of modified protein, etc.
Nucleic acids including: probe, plasmid, PCR products, etc.
All kinds of cell or tissue lysates
2. Provided by customers:
1) Sample request:
The concentration of purified proteins or antibodies is 0.1-1 mg/ml, the concentration of pyrolysis liquid is 1-10 mg/ml;
Nucleic acid probe: 1-10 µm or according to customer requirements, Volume > 10 ul/samples.
2) We will use reagent antibodies (e.g., tags, etc.) provided by customers to determine the quality of chip.
3. The sample point properties:
1) The substrate types: PSH slide, Fast slide, NEXTERION ® slide.
2) Printing: contact printing (pins: Arrayit, 946 mp3);
3) Spot parameters:
Size: 90-120 µm;
Maximum: 12288 spots/slide; If the number of sample spots is less than 400, 12 repeat arraies will be produced on one slide (detection of 12 samples once).
Repeat points: unlimited.
4)Sample printing buffer: for protein: 1 x PBS, 25% glycerol; for nucleic acid type, 1 x PBS, 50% DMSO; or provided by the customer.
5) Sample concentration: It is recommended that the concentration of purified proteins or antibodies is 0.1-1 mg/ml, the concentration of nucleic acid probe is 10-20 µm or preparation according to customer requirements.
4. We Offer:
1) Microarrays according to the design;
2) GAL file;
3) Quality control: We will use antibodies (e.g., tags, etc.) provided by customers to determine the quality of chip and provide quality control data report of chip;
5. Transportation and Storage:
The protein chip can be saved in -80℃ for 1-2 years;
Genechip can be saved in -20℃ for 1-2 years;
Biochip Scanning and Data Analysis.
Categories: standard size (75 x 25 mm); Fluorophores can be 532 nm and/or 635 nm exciting light.
Service:
1) Chip Scanning: We will select the optimal laser intensity and the PMT (photomultiplier coefficient) to obtain chip images;
2) Data Extraction: According to the GAL file (customers providing or from chip preparation platform) to get all original data of chips;
3) Data Analysis: We will provide professional chip data analysis including chip data;
